Purpose:
Restore full active order list and reset update logic.

Steps:

  1. Exit Kitchen Display application
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Relaunch application
  4. Allow full initialization and order sync

Expected Result:

  • All active orders reappear
  • New orders append correctly

Notes:

  • Confirms client-side state overwrite issue
