Purpose:
Recover from UI freeze without rebooting hardware.

Steps:

  1. Exit Kitchen Display application
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Relaunch application
  4. Allow full initialization and sync

Expected Result:

  • Display responds normally
  • All active orders load correctly

Notes:

  • Confirms reconnect + burst caused UI stall
