Goal
Confirm whether the problem is “orders not arriving” vs “orders not rendering on KDS.”
Steps
1) Create or locate a known-new test order (real or controlled).
2) Confirm order exists in at least one non-KDS place:
- POS order list / order recall
- Call Center (if applicable)
- Dispatch / order monitor screen
- Back-office / log view (if available)
3) If order exists elsewhere but not on KDS → proceed to P-000121-02.
4) If order does NOT exist elsewhere → stop here; this is not a KDS-rendering issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Order exists elsewhere but not on KDS.
- FAIL: Order missing everywhere (different Trouble).
