Goal
Reset KDS internals that failed to reinitialize after resume.
Steps
1) Stop the KDS application or service.
2) Wait at least 10 seconds.
3) Restart the KDS application/service.
4) Confirm:
- Live feed reconnects
- New orders appear
5) If still frozen → proceed to P-000122-04.
Escalation Trigger
- App restarts but UI still frozen → graphics or driver state likely bad.
