Goal
Clear stalled buffers and force real-time reattachment.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Place a known test order.
5) Confirm:

• Order appears immediately
• No burst behavior
  6) If bursts continue → proceed to P-000123-04.

Notes

• This often resolves delayed flush behavior after long uptime.
