Goal
Verify the completion ACK reached the server.
Steps
1) Identify which station bumped/completed the order.
2) Check whether other KDS stations saw the completion at the same time.
3) Ask staff:
- Did the order disappear briefly before reappearing?
- Or did it never leave on some screens?
4) If completion was inconsistent across stations → ACK loss likely.
5) Proceed to P-000124-03.
Notes
- ACK loss is most common during network hiccups or reconnects.
