Goal
Force KDS to resync authoritative order state.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Observe:

• Duplicate tiles collapse into one, OR
• Completed order no longer reappears
  5) If duplicates persist → proceed to P-000124-04.

Notes

• Restart pulls fresh state from server, overriding local cache.
