P-000124-04 — Restart KDS Services (Authoritative Resync)

Goal
Reset state across all KDS clients.

Steps
1) Restart KDS service or feed process on the store server (targeted).
2) Allow all KDS stations to reconnect.
3) Verify:

  • No completed orders reappear
  • No duplicate tiles remain
    4) If issue recurs after restart → proceed to P-000124-05.

Escalation Trigger

  • Reappearance after full service restart suggests protocol/version mismatch.
