Prevent repeat duplication events.

Steps
1) Confirm all KDS stations run the same version/build.
2) Verify system time alignment:

• KDS devices
• Store server
  3) Check network reliability around bump events.
  4) If available, enable or review logs for:
• Completion ACK sent
• Completion ACK received
  5) Document:
• Time of duplication
• Number of stations affected
• Whether duplication followed reconnect or restart

Artifacts to Capture

• Order ID duplicated
• KDS versions involved
• Network status at bump time
• Whether duplication was single-station or global
