Goal
Verify the issue only occurs under peak or burst conditions.
Steps
1) Ask staff:
- Does lag happen only during rush?
- Is KDS responsive when quiet?
2) Observe current load: - Number of active orders
- Frequency of new orders
3) If lag disappears off-peak → proceed to P-000125-02.
4) If lag is constant → treat as different performance Trouble.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Lag correlates with peak load.
- FAIL: Lag present at all times.
