Goal
Restore responsiveness quickly during service.
Steps
1) Temporarily:
- Reduce visible order history depth.
- Disable non-essential animations if configurable.
2) Clear completed orders aggressively.
3) Pause non-critical audio alerts.
4) Observe whether touch response improves.
5) If still laggy → proceed to P-000125-03.
