Steps
1) Schedule KDS app restart:

• Before known rush windows, OR
• Immediately after rush if safe
  2) Restart KDS application cleanly.
  3) Verify responsiveness after restart.
  4) If lag persists even after restart → proceed to P-000125-04.

Notes

• Long uptime magnifies peak-load issues.
