Goal
Ensure all components share the same current time.

Steps
1) Check current time on:

• KDS device(s)
• Store server
• POS (if separate)
  2) Confirm:
• Same time zone
• Same DST setting (on/off)
  3) Correct any discrepancies.
  4) If alignment required correction → proceed to P-000126-03.
  5) If already aligned → proceed to P-000126-03 anyway (cache reset needed).

Notes

• Even a few minutes of drift can break order sequencing.
