Goal
Verify the failure occurs specifically after a long idle window.
Steps
1) Ask staff:
- How long was the system idle before the first missed order?
2) Identify the first missing order time.
3) Check whether: - Orders before idle worked normally, AND
- Orders after restart appear immediately.
4) If behavior matches idle → proceed to P-000127-02.
5) If issue occurs randomly → treat as different feed stall Trouble.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Clear idle-to-failure pattern.
- FAIL: No idle correlation.
