Goal
Reattach KDS to the live order feed after idle timeout.
Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Place or observe a test order.
5) Confirm:
- Order appears immediately
- No backlog delay
6) If issue repeats later → proceed to P-000127-03.
Notes
- This confirms a silent socket/subscribe stall rather than data loss.
