Goal
Determine whether audio is fully dead, delayed, or desynchronized.
Steps
1) Place or identify a known-new test order.
2) Observe:
- Does any sound play?
- Does sound play late or multiple times?
3) Check whether: - Visual tile appears immediately
- Audio never triggers OR triggers incorrectly
4) If visuals are correct but audio is wrong → proceed to P-000128-02.
5) If neither visual nor audio updates → treat as broader KDS issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Visual OK, audio faulty.
- FAIL: Both visual and audio failing.
