P-000128-01 — Confirm Audio Failure Pattern

Goal
Determine whether audio is fully dead, delayed, or desynchronized.

Steps
1) Place or identify a known-new test order.
2) Observe:

  • Does any sound play?
  • Does sound play late or multiple times?
    3) Check whether:
  • Visual tile appears immediately
  • Audio never triggers OR triggers incorrectly
    4) If visuals are correct but audio is wrong → proceed to P-000128-02.
    5) If neither visual nor audio updates → treat as broader KDS issue.

Pass/Fail

  • PASS: Visual OK, audio faulty.
  • FAIL: Both visual and audio failing.
