Goal
Eliminate simple audio routing failures.

Steps
1) Verify system volume is not muted.
2) Confirm correct output device:

• Internal speaker
• HDMI audio
• External speaker
  3) Test system audio (non-KDS sound if available).
  4) Adjust volume up/down to force device wake.
  5) If audio device is correct but alerts still fail → proceed to P-000128-03.

Notes

• Power or resume events often reroute audio silently.
