Goal
Restart audio subsystem without rebooting device.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Place a test order.
5) Confirm:

• Audio alert plays once, on time
  6) If audio works briefly then fails again → proceed to P-000128-04.

Notes

• Confirms audio handler decay over time.
