Goal
Ensure only one process controls the alert device.
Steps
1) Confirm no other KDS instance or app is running on the device.
2) If multiple KDS screens share a device:
- Ensure only one is configured to play audio.
3) Disable audio on secondary or mirrored stations.
4) Retest alerts.
5) If audio still unstable → proceed to P-000128-05.
