Goal
Ensure timer math uses consistent time sources.

Steps
1) Check current time on:

• KDS device
• Store server
  2) Confirm:
• Same timezone
• Same DST setting
  3) Correct any drift.
  4) Restart KDS app after correction.
  5) If timers still wrong → proceed to P-000129-05.

Escalation Trigger

• Correct clocks but incorrect timers indicate logic bug or version mismatch.
