Goal
Correct partial-ACK state confusion.

Steps
1) Restart KDS feed/service on the store server.
2) Allow all KDS stations to reconnect.
3) Verify:

• No orders vanish after partial bumps
• Multi-stage flow behaves correctly
  4) If issue repeats → proceed to P-000131-05.

Escalation Trigger

• Vanishing orders after service restart indicates version or logic mismatch.
