Goal
Verify the issue is isolated to a single KDS station.
Steps
1) Identify all active KDS stations.
2) Confirm:
- Other stations receive new orders normally.
- Only one station is stale.
3) Ask staff whether: - This station was recently touched, moved, or unplugged.
4) If isolated → proceed to P-000132-02.
5) If multiple stations affected → treat as system-wide feed issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: One station only.
