P-000132-03 — Soft Restart KDS App on Affected Station

Goal
Reattach the station to the live feed.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application on the affected station.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Verify:

  • Backlog appears
  • New orders arrive normally
    5) If resolved → monitor.
    6) If not → proceed to P-000132-04.

Notes

  • This resolves the majority of station-specific stalls.
