Goal
Verify that KDS can receive data but cannot send bump/move actions.

Steps
1) Touch/bump an order and observe:

• Visual feedback occurs (highlight / beep)?
  2) Check whether:
• Order remains in same state after bump attempt.
  3) Confirm new orders still arrive normally.
  4) If read works but bump does not → proceed to P-000133-02.
  5) If neither read nor write works → treat as broader KDS stall.

Pass/Fail

• PASS: Read OK, write/ACK failing.
• FAIL: Both read and write failing.
