Goal
Ensure bump ACKs can leave the station.

Steps
1) Verify network link is active.
2) If wired:

• Reseat Ethernet cable.
  3) If Wi-Fi:
• Check signal strength.
• Reconnect to network.
  4) Observe whether bump actions begin working.
  5) If still failing → proceed to P-000133-03.

Notes

• Inbound-only connectivity can occur during partial network drops.
