Goal
Restore outbound ACK path without rebooting hardware.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Attempt to bump a test order.
5) Confirm:

• Order advances correctly
  6) If bump still fails → proceed to P-000133-04.

Notes

• Restart forces renegotiation of permissions and write sockets.
