Goal
Clear degraded or read-only service state.

Steps
1) Restart KDS service/feed on the store server (targeted).
2) Allow all KDS stations to reconnect.
3) Test bump/move actions again.
4) If still read-only → proceed to P-000133-05.

• Write failures persist after service restart.
