Goal
Force reload of routing and sequencing rules.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly on affected stations.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Place or observe a test order.
5) Verify:

• Orders appear on correct stations
• Correct sequence is restored
  6) If misrouting persists → proceed to P-000134-04.

Notes

• Routing changes do not always apply live without restart.
