Goal
Verify that missing orders were placed while the station was paused or disabled.
Steps
1) Ask staff:
- When was the station paused/disabled?
- When was it re-enabled?
2) Identify orders placed during that window.
3) Confirm those orders: - Exist in POS / order monitor, AND
- Did not appear on the station after re-enable
4) If correlation is clear → proceed to P-000139-02.
5) If orders were placed outside pause window → treat as different routing issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Orders placed during pause are missing.
- FAIL: No pause correlation.
