Goal
Force the paused station to request a full state snapshot.

Steps
1) Re-enable the station if not already enabled.
2) Exit KDS application on that station.
3) Wait 10 seconds.
4) Relaunch KDS application.
5) Observe whether:

• Orders placed during pause now appear
  6) If orders appear → monitor.
  7) If not → proceed to P-000139-03.

Notes

• Restart forces baseline sync that pause/unpause may skip.
