Goal
Avoid order loss during intentional station pauses.
Steps
1) Define and document pause behavior clearly for staff.
2) Prefer “visual pause” (stop bumping) over feed unsubscribe if supported.
3) Train staff:
- After re-enabling a station, restart KDS if backlog is critical.
4) Avoid pausing stations during active order flow when possible.

- Whether restart recovered orders
