Goal
Detect mismatches in how state transitions are interpreted.

Steps
1) Confirm all KDS stations run identical versions/builds.
2) Confirm server-side KDS feed version.
3) Check whether any recent updates changed:

• State names
• Transition rules
  4) Align versions or roll back to known-good combination if needed.
  5) Retest state transitions with a live order.
  6) If mismatch remains → proceed to P-000140-05.

Notes

• State drift often appears only after reconnect when versions differ.
