Goal
Verify that displayed counts truly disagree with visible orders.

Steps
1) Manually count visible active orders on the KDS screen.
2) Compare against:

• Header count
• Station totals (if shown)
  3) Refresh the view (if supported) and recount.
  4) If counts still disagree → proceed to P-000141-02.
  5) If counts align after refresh → treat as transient UI glitch.

Pass/Fail

• PASS: Counts do not match visible orders.
• FAIL: Counts correct after refresh.
