Goal
Force counters to be recalculated from the live order list.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Observe:

• Counters reset and match visible orders
  5) If counts still wrong → proceed to P-000141-04.

Notes

• Counters are usually recomputed at startup.
