Goal
Reduce recurrence of count drift.

Steps
1) Ensure all KDS stations run identical versions/builds.
2) Avoid rapid multi-touch bumping where possible.
3) Prefer full restart after reconnect storms.
4) Train staff:

• If counts look wrong, trust visible orders over totals.
  5) Document:
• Count shown vs actual
• Triggering event
• Whether restart fixed the issue
