P-000142-01 — Confirm True Gap (Not Hidden or Misrouted)

Goal
Verify the order is genuinely missing from KDS, not hidden or routed elsewhere.

Steps
1) Identify the missing order ID(s).
2) Confirm the order exists in:

  • POS / order recall
  • Call center / dispatch (if applicable)
    3) Check all KDS stations and views:
  • Different stations
  • History / completed views
    4) If order is nowhere on KDS → proceed to P-000142-02.
    5) If order is visible on another station/view → treat as routing issue.

Pass/Fail

  • PASS: Order exists upstream but nowhere on KDS.
  • FAIL: Order present somewhere on KDS.
