Goal
Verify the order is genuinely missing from KDS, not hidden or routed elsewhere.
Steps
1) Identify the missing order ID(s).
2) Confirm the order exists in:
- POS / order recall
- Call center / dispatch (if applicable)
3) Check all KDS stations and views: - Different stations
- History / completed views
4) If order is nowhere on KDS → proceed to P-000142-02.
5) If order is visible on another station/view → treat as routing issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Order exists upstream but nowhere on KDS.
- FAIL: Order present somewhere on KDS.
