Goal
Confirm the order was created during a feed disruption or reconnect gap.
Steps
1) Determine exact time the order was created.
2) Identify nearby events:
- Network drop
- KDS restart
- Service restart
- Power outage
3) Confirm order timestamp falls within or near the disruption window.
4) If correlation exists → proceed to P-000142-03.
5) If no disruption found → proceed anyway (gap can still exist).
Notes
- Gap orders almost always align to a narrow time window.
