Goal
Attempt to re-inject missing orders via authoritative snapshot.
Steps
1) Restart the KDS feed/service on the store server.
2) Ensure all KDS stations fully disconnect.
3) Allow clean reconnection.
4) Observe whether missing orders appear.
5) If order appears → document and monitor.
6) If still missing → proceed to P-000142-04.
Notes
- App-only restarts rarely recover true gap orders.
