Goal
Recover operationally when technical replay is impossible.
Steps
1) Manually surface the missing order:
- Print from POS, OR
- Call out to kitchen verbally
2) Mark order as handled to avoid duplication.
3) Inform kitchen staff: - Order was placed during system disruption
4) Continue monitoring for additional missing orders.
5) Proceed to P-000142-05.
Notes
- At this point, technical recovery has failed; human recovery is required.
