Goal
Verify that the incorrect behavior began immediately after a partial store-server restart.
Steps
1) Ask what was restarted:
- Single service
- KDS feed only
- Network-related service
2) Note the exact restart time.
3) Identify when KDS behavior first became incorrect.
4) If symptoms started immediately after partial restart → proceed to P-000143-02.
5) If no clear restart correlation → treat as different recovery issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Clear link to partial restart.
- FAIL: No restart correlation.
