Goal
Rebuild server-side state cleanly without a full OS reboot.

Steps
1) Stop all KDS-related services in correct dependency order.
2) Wait 10–15 seconds to allow state flush.
3) Start services in the correct order:

• Core order/state services first
• Then KDS feed/service
  4) Allow KDS stations to reconnect.
  5) Verify:
• Order states correct
• Timers and counters sane
  6) If issues persist → proceed to P-000143-04.

Notes

• Order matters more than speed here.
