Goal
Confirm that failures correlate with specific hardware generations.

Steps
1) List all KDS stations with:

• Device model
• Approximate age
• CPU / RAM (if known)
  2) Mark which stations exhibit issues.
  3) Check whether:
• The same models fail repeatedly, AND
• Newer models remain stable
  4) If failures align by hardware → proceed to P-000144-02.
  5) If failures are mixed → treat as general KDS instability.

Pass/Fail

• PASS: Clear correlation to older hardware.
• FAIL: No hardware pattern.
